The Director of Engagement and Advocacy is responsible for both strategic and tactical approaches/processes to create and maintain a conscious business environment.   This position will require cultivation of community, business, customer, and employee relationships to engage internal and external stakeholders.  This outreach and engagement will provide organizational growth while maintaining a conscious culture that values customer and community success.

Skills and Qualifications:

• BA or BS Degree.
• Six years of experience in engagement and advocacy.
• Experience and strong ability to develop work plans, manage budgets and set deadlines.
• Oversee multiple projects and duties simultaneously and prioritize assignments.
• Excellent, well-developed verbal and writing skills are essential.
• Ideal applicant will be efficient, results-oriented with high energy and exhibit an exceptional ability to work with others.
• Ability to travel.
