Entry-Level Marketing Associate

Position Responsibilities

The Marketing Associate position is a fast-paced and exciting entry-level position which will work closely with the graphic designer, lead proposal writer and marketing manager.

Responsibilities include:

• Crafting proposals
• Maintaining the library of information for proposals
• Organizing photos
• Updating and maintaining project experience
• Updating and maintaining resumes
• Learning the Summit portfolio
• Working with project managers on marketing materials they need for proposals
• Meeting deadlines
• Event coordination

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Communications or a closely related field
• 0-3 years marketing experience in A/E/C industry or related field
• Strong attention to detail, problem solving skills and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task with multiple strict deadlines
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite preferred but not required
• Familiarity with Excel, Microsoft Word, Prezi and PowerPoint
• Good written, verbal communication skills and editing skills
• Familiarity with brand standards/following brand standards
