We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to work with our fast-paced Marketing Team.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and work with directors of operations', department managers, project managers and other technical staff to prepare proposals, presentations, and other materials in alignment with brand standards and compliance protocols
• Gather research data related to competitors; past, current, and prospective markets; and relevant corporate experience
• Perform multiple marketing efforts against frequent deadlines
• Contribute to CRM and OpenAssets maintenance and data entry related to clients, consultants, personnel, and mailing lists; maintain content library, including prior proposals, boilerplates, and visuals
• Assist with creating content for the company's social media posts
• Conduct research using internal and external resources to develop win themes and customize project profiles and proposal responses for our clients
• Respond to information requests from other offices
• Communicate effectively to all members of the team, as well as maintain organization to handle multiple tasks at a time.

Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or closely related field
• 0-5 years of marketing experience in the A/E/C industry or related field
• Understanding of basic marketing principles
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• Strong attention to detail and quality of work
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well with various types of personalities and work styles
• Excellent time management skills
• Proofreading ability
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite preferred but not required
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products including but not limited to Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint/One Drive
