We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Marketing Team. This position can be based in either our Raleigh or Hillsborough office. With the option to work from home 2 days a week after the initial training period.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the marketing team with administrative tasks, including, but not limited to, ordering business cards and promotional items, printing and cutting marketing material, coordinating headshots and project photos, and assisting with proposals as needed.
  • Coordinate and support conference participation and logistics.
  • Handle reservations and meeting coordination for event planning.
  • Prepare monthly internal newsletter.
  • Assist with employee apparel orders and online store.
  • Assist with maintenance of the company Intranet and pull analytics.
  • Assist with award submittals, forms and client surveys.
  • Assist with other tasks as assigned.
  • Ability to travel to our various offices as needed

Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent with two years of relevant office experience preferred; willing to consider a relevant associates degree in lieu of experience.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Must have strong time management and organizational skills in order to cope effectively with deadlines.
  • Must be detail-oriented, results-driven, and excellent at multitasking.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically MS Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, One Drive and SharePoint.
  • Able to work with minimum supervision, take initiative, and accept direction on a given assignment.
  • Must have a driver's license and the ability to drive.
