Project Management Intern

Summit Design and Engineering Services is seeking an Intern to work in our Project Delivery Services Department.  Our Intern will work on a variety of private/public projects and have an opportunity to attend meetings and site visits with engineers/architects and clients. This position is based in our Hillsborough, NC office.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Actively seeking a degree in construction, architecture, or engineering
• Familiarity with AutoCAD
• Basic knowledge of project management and delivery
• Prior engineering or architecture knowledge and any design experience is preferred
• General knowledge of construction
• Able to review plans, follow directions and checklist for plan review
• Organized and detail oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Valid Driver's license with good driving record and ability to drive
